Once the spreadsheet is completed entirely then it should be a great reference for you to simply carry over all of your info directly to the acctual application. The purpose of the spreadsheet is to allow you to gather, organize, and count up all of your information to assure that you meet the requirements prior to begining your acctual application. The spreadsheet however, is designed to have all of the same information that will be on the acctual PMP application on PMI’s website. The answer to that is no…you will be required to set up and account on PMI’s website and fill out a complete application there. If i am understanding you correctly you are asking if this spreadsheet can be used as your application/documentation to be submitted to PMI.
